Delete your account and data

This page gives an account-deletion request route outside the app as well as the available in-app controls. Account deletion, local data erasure and subscription cancellation are separate.

Delete the account in the app

1. Open Account & privacy.
2. Open the verified-account panel and choose Delete YoPiMat account.
3. Complete the requested reauthentication and confirm deletion.

This removes the Firebase Authentication account after successful verification. If you cannot sign in or complete the process, use the request route below.

Request deletion without the app

Email info@yopimat.com with the subject “YoPiMat account deletion”. Include the account email or sign-in method and say whether you also want us to review deletion of support or purchase-related personal information. If you used Apple's private relay email, identify that account where possible. We may ask for proportionate proof of ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers, medical details or public copies of identity documents.

The email link opens your mail app; it does not send a request automatically or delete an account immediately. We normally respond to a data-rights request within one month and explain any lawful extension or retention exception.

Clear information on the device

In the app's Privacy controls, use Erase local data and review the categories shown before confirming. Local plans, practice history, preferences and other selected records are separate from the sign-in account. Publisher recall/safety controls and an active Safety Stop can be preserved until the end of the local day so deletion cannot bypass an active safety restriction. Store purchase records and RevenueCat purchase/cache data are not erased by this local control.

Subscriptions and records that can remain

To stop renewal, cancel in Apple subscription settings. Account deletion and uninstalling do not cancel billing or issue a refund.

RevenueCat uses a purchase identity separate from the Firebase account. Deleting Firebase does not automatically delete that purchase identity. We will assess a request for purchase-related data separately; the store or provider may need information to identify the relevant record. Purchase, fraud/security, legal records and provider backups may be retained where required or lawfully necessary. We will explain relevant exceptions rather than promise instant deletion of every remote record. See the privacy policy for retention criteria and rights.
