Apple App Store
For YoPiMat obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the App Store listing explicitly provides a different applicable custom EULA. This page does not replace that agreement or represent that a custom EULA has been submitted to Apple. Review the store licence applicable to your purchase.
YoPiMat's developer provides the app and support. Apple is not the developer and has no responsibility to provide maintenance or support for our app. Responsibilities for warranties, claims and intellectual property, and Apple's beneficiary rights, follow the applicable Apple licence and mandatory law. Apple's usage rules and other relevant third-party agreements continue to apply.
Android licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use YoPiMat for your personal use on compatible devices you own or control, subject to applicable store rules. The software is licensed, not sold; ownership of software and content remains with its rights holders. Premium access additionally depends on a valid store entitlement.
Do not redistribute the app or its media, sell access, remove ownership notices or bypass access/security controls. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law; statutory interoperability and other mandatory exceptions are preserved. Applicable Google Play and device/provider terms also apply.
The licence may end for a material breach after notice and an opportunity to resolve it where required or appropriate, or for a legally justified security restriction. Termination does not remove statutory remedies or automatically cancel a store subscription. You can stop using and uninstall the app at any time; local information may then be lost.
Safety, service and rights
The service terms explain fitness safety, subscriptions, cancellation and refunds. The privacy notice describes data processing. No part of this licence waives mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Spanish law applies subject to applicable mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules.
