Operator and scope

These terms cover the website and YoPiMat service; the app licence, privacy policy and applicable store terms also apply. The website does not sell subscriptions or ask for card details. Product availability and features depend on the version and store listing.

Fitness safety and appropriate use

YoPiMat provides general yoga and Pilates wellness guidance for adults. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy or an emergency service. It does not promise a particular result or assess whether every exercise is safe for you. Follow the readiness guidance, equipment instructions and movement limits in the app. Seek qualified advice where health, injury, pregnancy or another condition makes suitability uncertain. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell; seek urgent help when appropriate. Do not use a timer or progression cue as a reason to continue unsafely.

Exercise illustrations and audio are guidance, not a guarantee of correct alignment or professional supervision. You can stop, pause, skip or adjust a practice. These precautions do not exclude responsibility or statutory rights where the law does not permit exclusion.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and protect access to your account and device. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, infringe rights or distribute content without permission. If we need to restrict access for misuse or security, we will act proportionately and provide notice and a way to contact us where feasible and legally appropriate. This does not remove any refund or other mandatory remedy you may have.

Premium, trials and renewal

Before you buy, the store purchase sheet shows the applicable price, currency, billing period, any eligible trial or introductory offer and renewal terms. Offers depend on the store and eligibility; not every user receives a trial. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled under that store's rules. If you accept an eligible trial, it converts to the displayed paid subscription unless you cancel by the store's deadline. Check the store's subscription settings for the exact cancellation timing.

Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app, deleting the YoPiMat account or clearing local history does not cancel store billing. Cancelling generally stops future renewal; access for the remaining paid period follows the store and purchase conditions. Restoring an existing purchase is not a new purchase and cannot guarantee recovery of deleted local practice history.

Refunds and consumer rights

The store handles its payment and refund process: Apple refund requests and Google Play refund information. Contact us if the service itself is defective or you need assistance. Store procedures do not remove legal rights to conformity, remedies or withdrawal that apply to you. Any exception to a withdrawal right for digital content or services applies only if all legal conditions are met; simply using the app is not a blanket waiver.

Content, changes and responsibility

YoPiMat software, branding, illustrations, audio and explanatory content are protected by intellectual property rights. Use them under the app licence. We may maintain and improve the service; material changes affecting paid access will be handled with required notice and applicable remedies. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity or third-party systems; we do not promise uninterrupted operation.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud or other non-excludable responsibility. We do not require you to waive all injury claims or accept sole responsibility for our own unlawful conduct.

Law and disputes

Spanish law applies to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts and dispute procedures follow applicable law; these terms do not force consumers to litigate exclusively in Barcelona. Contact support first if you wish; this does not prevent you seeking a legal remedy. Changes apply prospectively with notice where required.
