Yopimat

A short practice starts with the minutes you have

Yopimat is a prelaunch yoga and Pilates practice for the mat already on your floor.

Choose today’s mat
A calm mat seen from above, with a rolled edge and an empty center.

It is in build. It is general wellness education. It does not diagnose, treat, or heal, and it will not tell you that a session is safe for a condition.

The choice is small on purpose. You pick a length of time you actually have. You name the kind of attention you brought into the room, without turning that into a rank. Then you accept one invitation: yoga or Pilates. They are different ways of spending the same minutes. The product is not a blend, a challenge, or a class taught by a person this site invented.

Time

Ten minutes can be a full practice if it has a beginning and a finish. Twenty changes the middle. Neither number is a result. The note on short sessions stays with that idea.

Attention

Steady, scattered, or thin describes today. It does not describe your identity and it does not unlock a harder session. Thin attention is a reason to shorten the container.

One invitation

Yoga here means shapes, breath, and staying. Pilates means a controlled repertoire and placement. Pick one. The comparison refuses to rank them.

The note is not who you are

A practice note, such as the minutes and the invitation, is designed to stay on the device with the session. It is not a profile, not a health record, and not something this website collects. Your name appears here only if you choose to write it on the contact form, which is a message to the studio, not a log of the mat. Read why those records stay apart, then use the guide when you want the questions in order.

Nothing on yopimat.com is for sale. There is no price, no store badge, and no roster of teachers. Clutch Developer in Barcelona is building the product and publishing these pages so the choice can be understood before a download exists.
